AOS INTL shall under no circumstances charge sales tax of any kind for Federal Government or US Military customers. State, Local Government, and Tax Exempt organizations will also not be charged sales tax of any kind.
AOS INTL shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state where AOS INTL has a business location and that the address is not a Federal Government or US Military Customer.
AOS INTL shall not charge applicable sales tax for orders to be shipped to other states where AOS INTL does not have a business location. Customers are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all sales taxes or any other local taxes.
